1. You have been asked to lead in the development of a project for addressing any of the challenges arising out of climate change in Zimbabwe.
Applying the steps in the project management cycle, identify and a suitable project and explain in detail how you would carry out a baseline survey on the above project (include a project proposal, the logical framework, budget and an M & E framework)

2. Provide a detailed explanation of the procurement issues to do with construction of a school in a typical rural area (include the baseline survey, logical framework, the budget and M&E framework).
