Course info

The course seeks to expose students to basic advocacy principles and equip them with knowledge of diverse advocacy strategies to support and strengthen childcare and protection. It equips the students with the skills of using evidence gathered on child care and protection to influence change for children thereby informing development of children and realisation of their rights. Students are exposed to a variety of mediums for advocacy such as media, religious organizations, existing community structures and youth groups among others.
