KPSM428 Legal Aspects in Purchasing and Supply

This course is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the legal framework surrounding procurement proceedings. Participants will gain insights into various legal aspects, regulations, and ethical considerations that govern procurement activities. The course will cover both national and international perspectives, addressing key legal challenges and strategies to navigate the complex landscape of procurement law. Much reference will be made to governing acts and bodies in Zimbabwe that include Procurement Act (Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets SI 22:23), Procurement regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (PRAZ), Consumer Protection Act (14:14).
